At first I was concerned that the handle would not stick to the wall as promised but this part works great. The main shower head required extra adjustment and tightening due to accidental splashing, but I was able to fix it. It's heavy but well made. The water pressure is perfect. Directions unclear.

I can't put into words how beautiful this set is. it changes the rules of the game. It's like going from a bad mattress to a quality mattress and your insomnia will go away. The raindrop area is very light and relaxing but there is a lot of water. The hand hose is also great when you need a VERY smooth, even print. I wish I could give this 6 stars. A MUST if you are looking for a good shower head.

It's not the size of the shower head but the direction of the water drops that makes the shower rain. The sleeve on this one is too short, only 12 inches for rain. It just gives you a bigger shower head. For real rain you need at least a 20 inch extension, which this shower system doesn't have. Quality and appearance were very good, hence 3 stars. Still no rain shower.

Looks like a good shower head but the hand shower doesn't fit in the holder. The holder is not suitable for this shower set. I would return it but I already have the rest of the shower head installed and not worth returning and waiting for a new one. I'm giving it one star because this issue has already been mentioned by another buyer and the seller keeps selling this item with the wrong part.
