Improved ride comfort

What a great upgrade over the stock suspension. Stock shocks are too stiff and uncomfortable. The cafรฉ look I was aiming for was also achieved with it. Easy installation and excellent quality.

Pros
  • nice deal
Cons
  • exorbitant price

All round improvement!

Used with a 13" auto on my '02 sports car so the addition of ground clearance and lean angle was nice. Much better handling, much more control in corners. Almost 1000 miles on the clock and no complaints, the price won't disappoint.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

Fits my 2008 Harley XL1200 R Roadster

Fits my 2008 Harley XL1200 R Roadster Just follow the instructions and think a little and it all becomes pretty easy. Jobs are also found. The OEM 3-position damper often bottomed out. They feel very firm on the lowest of the 5 settings. Will soften over time.

Pros
  • GOLS Certificate
Cons
  • Little things

Day and night on a 2000 Sportster

A significant upgrade from the stock HD shocks I had on the Sporty. The only downside was that they were quite difficult to put on as they are larger than the standard models. My exhaust almost touched the rear wheel thru bolt. All in all a great purchase and a 2000 mile ride is a lot more fun now.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Non-automatic

I feel like I have a new $300 bike!

These shocks are amazing for the price! My bike (05 Harley Sportster 1200R) had old, crappy and worn out factory shocks and I decided to buy them. All the reviews talk about how these shocks help handle bumps in the road, but no one has described how much better your bike handles corners! I no longer get those crushing bumps on the road, train tracks, etc that the Sportsters are famous for. My suspension no longer sags on small bumps and doesn't want to throw me off my seat. But what impressesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
