Greetings! These Puffs Plus towels have always been my favourites. I noticed that the last two suitcases we ordered were very rough and scratchy. At first I thought it was a fake brand posing as a brand, but the second batch was just as bad. Unfortunately the manufacturer changed the product and now it looks like a general purpose fabric. Terrible. I had to go back and see the other bad reviews and as some have said these are not real or they are fake. I have been buying lotion wipes from stores for many years and they are very soft and in my opinion the best. I went out so this time I quickly bought something off Amazon and wow I'm disappointed. We have been using puffs for over 20 years. If you use puffs as usual, look at the product: do all the towels come out of the box, or many towels come half out of the box - cheaper production, the towels are thick enough. Sneeze in - no - cheaper product overall. If you use a pouf, it's time to try Kleenex towels again - they're almost as soft and strong as a silk handkerchief.
