Works well for greases and greases

This works well in my new Dewalt battery powered chainsaw. I won't be going back to other oils as I mainly use mine for trimming in the garden. If you haven't drained the chainsaw oil, it will drain after about a day of use. It is best to store your saw with oil on old newspapers in a plastic container or case. Attention, not all plastics are oil resistant.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other alternatives

Not a very good motorcycle chain oil.

Unfortunately, while it claims to be suitable for drive chains, it has one property that makes it a poor choice - it dries out. , It's good. The fresh oil loosens and cleans the old oil and falls into the ground where it can peacefully decompose. On chains with periodic lubrication, this material dries to a tacky, thick varnish. Not bad for a chain, but quite annoying with everything that goes on it, including bike parts and the sidewalk you park on.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

I recently got a 4x4 electric chainsaw in the woods. Accidentally and unknowingly bought a normal tire and chain oil. Wow that was a mistake. It smelled so bad, like a highly toxic chemical oil smell, that I couldn't even get rid of it, let alone take it with me in my new jeep. Then I found this Bio Pro and I can tell you that I am sensitive to chemicals and such, but Bio Pro has almost no smell. Reminds me of unscented dishwashing liquid. And it works perfectly. I'm just buying another bottle…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
