Trash. The o-ring design is a disaster. If the shower is used too seldom, mold will form in it and clog the nozzles. The shower head literally blows out the o-ring.

I bought a couple of these for my new home. Our main bathroom rain nozzle leaked on the side. When I touched him to check, he fell down. This head is very heavy. If he had fallen in the shower with someone he could have injured or even killed one of us as he was over 7ft in the air. You call it a warranty issue, I call it a major design flaw with the plastic used to attach it. Building for over 45 years. WILL NOT USE ROHL AGAIN.

We purchased this shower head from a local retailer and are looking for a replacement. Looks good but works horribly. The seam has been leaking water since day one, even after disassembling it and installing the o-ring. Water pours out of small jets, but constantly flows out of the rim of the hood because. the seal is not tight and this reduces the pressure on the nozzles. We complained to the company so they sent us a new rubber o-ring and in short they said fix it yourself. It's too expensive

This nozzle was purchased from a hardware store, not Revain. Shower spray and volume are fine. The main problem is that water constantly flows out of the nozzle. Our setup consists of a temperature control valve connected to three volume control valves: a regular showerhead, a handheld showerhead, and this rainhead. If you use one of the other shower heads instead of the rain head, cold water will drip on you. We checked and cleaned all the valves but it's still dripping. The seller had no…
