Due to design flaws, this shower head is leaking
We purchased this shower head from a local retailer and are looking for a replacement. Looks good but works horribly. The seam has been leaking water since day one, even after disassembling it and installing the o-ring. Water pours out of small jets, but constantly flows out of the rim of the hood because. the seal is not tight and this reduces the pressure on the nozzles. We complained to the company so they sent us a new rubber o-ring and in short they said fix it yourself. It's too expensive for a shower head to deal with those flimsy design features from day one .
