Running changes

The perfect combination of softness and speed. I've been running for 10 years now and have installed 3 PRs in the last few weeks since I started wearing them. No problems with these parts. worth your money.

Cons

Very good running shoes.

The shoe is tight around the ankle but leaves plenty of room for the rest of the feet. This is very good for pace, intervals and long runs. Although the shoe is very light, it offers enough cushioning for cushioning and stability. When you first run in running shoes, you may feel like you are "jumping", so it may take a few runs to get used to it.

Pros
  • Men's

Not what it seems

the shoes that gave me pain in my feet when I first started running, it doesn't go away the longer I run or 'break in' my shoes. I've ridden about fifty miles under power and the pain is still there and it seems to have "flattened out". The inner heel of the shoe appears to have no support and causes your ankle to flex inward. These shows are for tracks and asphalt and treadmills. DO NOT use them for urban use. They don't support your feet or absorb concrete shocks. They look cool and feelโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Athletic
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
