🌟 Scorpion Covert Waxed Riding Shirt for Men and Women (Black, X-Large) - Unisex-Adult Review

This is not my first Scorpion riding shirt, I have two more, they are flannel. But this is my first waxed cotton shirt/lightweight riding jacket. I like the colour/patina, the fit and the quality of the stitching. I'm returning it because if I add the armor, which I'm planning, it will be tighter than it already is. I will add armor. This shirt works best as a light jacket. I'm not canceling my order, I'm just guessing. This is a nice fitted shirt/lightweight jacket.

I checked the workmanship and was very satisfied. However, I didn't test the jacket because 1) it's too hot outside to test a thickly lined jacket and 2) the trunk is too narrow, so I'm switching to XL. I'm 6ft 1in, 205lbs and in good shape (for my age!). L would never let me wear more than one shirt. vary here between the 50s and 80s between morning and afternoon.

I'm 6ft 2in, 230lbs, 50in chest, long arms. The material is heavy and looks high quality, the color is nice dark charcoal as shown, the buttons and zip are good and the mesh lining is good. It's more of a "jacket" than a "shirt" simply because of the thickness of the material, but it still looks edgy. It would be cool if they also made a short/mid summer version with sleeves from the same thick material. 5 Stars!

Exceeds expectations in many ways. Rugged construction, Kevlar throughout, mesh lining throughout, comfortable three-season clothing for anyone living in a southern state. This thing is supposed to keep you warm for up to 40 and maybe up to 30 years. Haven't tested it yet, but will soon. First impression, the sleeves are a bit long, I need to learn to fold the fabric so it doesn't look like a little kid in dad's shirt . I think it's for a fit but the gloves still pull up the sleeves. But without a bike it looks stupid. It also looks too bulky to convince anyone that you're not wearing a jacket even with no armor installed, so it's a bit self-defeating in that regard. I have lived and worn western style work shirts and shirts for several decades, every day from -40f to 112f in all weather conditions. It looks like a linen work shirt in the pictures and videos, and the pockets are the same odd size that doesn't fit a modern phone, but that's where the comparison ends. People say it's good for spring and fall and too warm for summer but they tell me that long sleeve shirts are western style all the time so I still can't tell based on reviews, photos and videos
