I love this vacuum!

I was very skeptical at first about buying this product as it was described as used. However, I have used Shark vacuums before and the ones I have used still work. This vacuum cleaner arrived in perfect condition, brand new when I unpacked it. This vacuum has great suction power and the hose can stretch up to 13 feet when used properly. I find it easy to go up and down stairs. I recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone looking for a good vacuum cleaner at a good price.

False advertising of cleaning and hygiene products

Very unhappy. The product description says this as "Takeaway" so I bought it. However, when I received and used it, I found that it does NOT open as advertised. I had another shark that I loved so I was upset to find out that what I bought wasn't the same even though it was listed as such. I bought it with the intention of using it under beds, on steps, etc. I threw the box in the trash so it can't be returned. I'm going to Target to buy the vacuum cleaner I need and I'm going to sell it onโ€ฆ

This is a refurbished amazing vacuum cleaner. Worth every penny, lightweight, great performance!

Superb suction (it's a Shark), the rotating base is so light and responsive it slides anywhere. I have back pain and I really, really like the tool attachments because there is no canister or siphon, just a hose, handle and nozzle at the end, simple as that! It easily reaches the ceiling and sucks up tools perfectly. It glides easily across the floor and works great on carpets. This is a refurbished vacuum and I have no problems with it as the vacuum works like new. Try it and see, and if youโ€ฆ
