Was sent back. I wear jeans with a 42" waist and figured I usually wear 2XL underwear so this would work. Not right. I didn't use it for sports, but for "support" after operations (groin incision at the waist). this is over a pair of cycling shorts i wore before this show leg room was ok cup area was ok waist not much.

Was looking for a replacement for the Franklin Youth S/M Cup and came across this one. Material is thick and durable, great for $15! This is for my 13 year old during sparring and karate competitions. He said it is very comfortable and fits him well. Support size L. The pocket hole is inside, the material is breathable.

I usually buy my underwear one size smaller, except for this one. I've been told in other reviews that going up a size they work, so I bought a medium. According to the size chart, the average size corresponds to a 32-34 inch waist. I have a 30-31" waist and usually wear size 3030 pants. The medium size fits well and I don't have to worry about washing and hand drying as I ordered a larger cover, they shrink in the wash.

Great product. My only complaint is that the sizing isn't entirely accurate. All sizes are based on the larger size. The largest in the chart says about the waist 36-38, it fits 46-50. I started 3X and it sagged in the pouch area. He wasn't holding the cup tightly like he should have. After losing weight I switched to 2x and still had the same problem. So buy these 1-2 sizes smaller than usual. This is a well made product. They stretch very well and are very durable.

This is my first brace. It's a good product but to be honest I'm a bit disappointed with it. In order for this to work with a cup, the outer fabric has to be larger than the inner fabric, so you can't wear this piece without a cup, I mean you can, it's just unflattering. I was just hoping for one that can be worn to any occasion and is happy and comfortable. In college I had a very old school that was good anyway, but it wasn't. Maybe I just went up a size? What can I say, it serves its purpose. I have a cup pocket version to protect myself while playing baseball. I've been using this product for 6 seasons with no problems, although I use an average of 1 new pair per season with around 30-40 games per season. Bought for my sons (13 and 8 years old) for baseball and by far the best we have ever used. First we tried boxer shorts with a cup pocket and then jokers with an integrated cup (not removable). Shorts with cup pockets are useless as the cups will just float in the air in that common area and end up hurting your thighs while running or pinching your stuff.
