Extremely dissatisfied! The item I received has been used. The box was resealed and the inner plastic around the air mattress was already torn. When I unrolled the mattress, there was human and animal hair on it. It was also discolored. The adapter for the air pump was also missing.

I bought this air mattress because it got top marks in consumer reviews. The mattress was good and comfortable for the first two uses but after only 4 months of use a total of 3 times one of the air cells in the mattress has burst and now there is a big long round bulge in the middle! Terrible design and engineering. Two fingers down!

This bed is my best sleep. It's like a sleep number, and if your back hurts, this might work for you too. I recommend you get an OUTER pump rather than an inner pump because the inner pump has too many seams - it's heavy and stretches the seams - they're much more prone to failure. I've had 3 in a row that didn't stay inflated for more than 4 hours and nobody wants to take them! ONLY buy airbeds with an external pump === They will have no problems and will last for years!

I bought this mattress for one time glamping use and future use as a guest bed in my house. The pump cannot be purchased separately, it has a proprietary fitting. That means you're SOL if your pump breaks down, you forget it, or you want to buy a 12V general purpose pump and take it on a hike (or during a power outage). Also, this mattress barely fits in an incredibly thin "returnable" bag, so the pump definitely doesn't fit in there. I hope you don't lose it because without it this mattress is

It cost me $30 a night to sleep on this poorly made mattress! I returned this before opening although I think it would be a good choice in a wide range of airbeds. Reviewers point out that it's convenient and the air pump is external, which I thought was a better idea than putting a hard thing in a giant balloon. Most people who discovered leaks, which are part of the air mattress business, showed pictures of leaks around the internal (built-in) pump.
