The undamaged portion of the pillow itself looks beautiful. I can't give this pillow with a piece in it. Shipping back to China is not worth the price. The cushion is definitely soft, true to size in length and width, but definitely not as thick as in the photo. Mine was packaged in what appeared to be a sealed plastic bag, so I expected it to expand a bit when opened, but unfortunately it stayed flat.
