Good fit and shape but after a little over a month (when the return window was already closed) the shoes started to deteriorate. Tear. Considering I haven't had the opportunity to wear many of these under the current circumstances, it's really frustrating. They have only worn for a month if worn from time to time! TO UPDATE. It got worse - after two months of wearing these laces started falling out of the holes. I can't wear it anymore. Return/exchange is not possible.

Never heard of that relaxed fit that actually means wider on all sides. Am 8.5 n almost got out. Went down a size 8 again. Better but still higher in the heel. Remember that a relaxed fit doesn't just touch your toes, it touches everything around you.

I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes are beautiful, comfortable and comfortable. If you have problems with shoelaces [e.g. like my arthritic fingers] you'll be happy with that. They feel good with a memory foam base and have a good tread. I will buy them again.
