    Longevity issues but Smith guarantees

I've loved these goggles for two years and wear them for riding, driving, fishing, everything. Comfortable and the lenses had great ColourPop as advertised. But after two years, the rubber in the nose began to fall apart. At first I was really upset as these aren't cheap sunglasses but Smith's guarantee came as soon as I sent them the photos and they replaced them for free so customer = happy.

    Pros
    • Adjustable nose pads and temples for a custom fit
    Cons
    • Limited availability and distribution may make it difficult for customers to purchase.

Great goggles for mountain biking! Seeing is believing.

The pink lenses that these goggles come with are great for mountain biking. I have a similar lens on my Squad XL goggles. They make grooves and furrows in the ground more visible. I only take them off when I'm sweating so much it's dripping on my glasses. This makes any glasses I know very difficult to use and see. I cannot recommend the Smith Rose lens enough.

    Pros
    • Comes with two sets of lenses for versatility
    Cons
    • Contrast Rose lenses are not suitable for all outdoor activities.

    Excellent riding goggles

I am a long time fan of the Smith riding goggles, they are well designed and durable and they are no different. Photochromatic lenses are great for transitioning from low light to a moderately sunny day, eliminating the need to change lenses. They breathe well when they ride hard.

    Pros
    • Sturdy and lightweight frame for all-day comfort
    Cons
    • Prone to scratches and damage due to the thin frame design

    Tight... good for me

I love the goggles but wish they were wider, I'm 208lbs and they're a bit narrow, I'd trade them for a bigger one, but the Smith seems to be a better fit for medium faces. I have to say great case, the glasses fit in the foam and keep them from moving as do the lenses. big box lol

    Pros
    • Stylish design, suitable for various outdoor activities
    Cons
    • Not suitable for those who need prescription glasses

    Great for mountain biking

Bought these hoping they wouldn't fog up too easily under heavy use and they've been great. Work fantastic for mountain biking and other high performance sports. The transition is pretty quick too, which is great.

    Pros
    • Bought these to replace old Ray-Bans. Ideal for fishing in the water.
    Cons
    • Five stars for the glasses, 1.5 stars for the zip case which is huge and incredibly uncomfortable.

Groovy is the best in my rating in my opinion

Use them for running and they are really nice and light. I switched to pink lenses, which are great for trail running and also make the world more exciting. Yeah man, life is good.

    Pros
    • I bought this as one of my husband's Christmas gifts. He loved it and has been wearing it ever since! 😊
    Cons
    • May not fit all face shapes causing discomfort or slippage.

This is simply an amazing pair of sunglasses for an active lifestyle. Use them for both road cycling and running. Recommend!

    Pros
    • Excellent protection against harmful UV rays
    Cons
    • Matte Moss is not for everyone.

    Very Comfortable Best in Sunglasses

These goggles fit my face well and offer good coverage. I use them for various outdoor activities, skiing and long-distance cycling, as well as driving glasses. From what I can gather from the Smith website, all ChromaPop lenses are photochromic. I think I'm less convinced of this as I don't notice any significant photochromic response to changing light conditions.

    Pros
    • Self-Locking Hinges; 9 base curve of lens; TR90 frame material; Rx compatible
    Cons
    • Questionable purchase for seniors

    Nose adjustable

I have two pairs of Smith Approach Max goggles that I use for road and mountain biking. They are cool. I bought the Tempo Max goggles because I wanted a new one. Frame and lens quality is what you would expect from Smith Optics. However, I have found that these goggles move across my face as I ride, and since the nose pieces aren't adjustable like the old Approach frames, I can't adjust the fit of the goggles. You need to look for another model of cycling glasses that stays in place while you…

    Good but bubble lenses

Love these glasses and have worn Smith glasses a few times. Unfortunately, bubbles have formed on the inner surface of the lens. Return for Warranty Service (will be updated upon completion). Other than that, I really like these. You just have to figure out their production issues. Update: Got replacement lenses from Smith, they looked great but were a bit smaller so had a bit of rattling in the frame and came out easily (sometimes unintentionally). After 5 months, the same blisters formed on…
