What a great tutu! It was packaged nicely in my mailbox and was the perfect size. I would recommend XL/XXL for medium sized women. I received so many compliments and the lights stayed on throughout my eight day shift.

Beautiful skirt! I'm 5'4", 140 lbs, 29" waist. It was very comfortable. You can wear it two ways: orange and pink on top, or blue and green on top and orange on the bottom. The skirt also looks great under black light!

The skirt was cute but we bought it for a night run and when the skirts arrived only one worked. I tried changing the battery in the second apron and the wires just fell apart completely. The tutus are cute but if you buy them because they glow then you are wasting your money. Very annoying.

I LOVE this tutu! It was absolutely perfect for my unicorn costume this year. The lights are adorable but they stay on the same level and not everywhere as shown in the picture. This tutu also doesn't fit as well as shown in the picture, but that could be because it's not "fluffy" enough, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. All together great for the price.

I bought it for my daughter's birthday party. It fits the theme perfectly. She can't wait to wear it. She is about 70 pounds and just over 4 feet (very small). I ordered the smallest possible size which was average. I will have to take the waist but I ordered it because I knew I would. Good price! I usually make my own tutus, but you can't make this tutu cheaper. Very happy with this purchase.

Coming Home week at my son's high school was a "pack day". Was a bit surprised when he said he chose this one. He is a witty, funny, thoughtful, kind and confident 12 year old boy. Said all the other guys thought it was "cool". I bought it for SIL's 40th birthday party. I'm 5ft 6in, 130lbs and this fits perfectly with more stretch. So cute and perfect glow (the lights seem a bit dim). Update: I realized I put the tutu on wrong at first. Pay attention to what is written on the packaging. In order for the tutu to line up correctly you need to make sure you have the correct color on the outside/top. Then fold the white elastic so that it is inside and touching your body.

I bought this Halloween tutu skirt specifically for the suggested size. My 10 year old daughter didn't want to wear a very short skirt and she was just that, VERY short. I chose this specifically for the length by taking measurements from the description and then measuring that length for her and it had to reach at least her knees even when inflated.
