I bought this Halloween tutu skirt specifically for the suggested size. My 10 year old daughter didn't want to wear a very short skirt and she was just that, VERY short. I chose this specifically for the length by taking measurements from the description and then measuring that length for her and it had to reach at least her knees even when inflated. I can't imagine an adult wearing this when having a vertical call. Wearing white leggings, she would dress and undress them on Halloween at school, on Halloween night, and also on Halloween at the dojo. Holds up well and shines very well.
