Q3 shape is a great idea. Various tools work well. Material and workmanship are very good. The only downside is the pliers: the handles tend to slide backwards when in use, which makes it impossible to grip without having to pull on the handles with both hands. This is normal for low power recording. But it is very difficult to use when you need to apply higher torque.

Came as boring as colored pencil which is a shame from a company known for the quality of their cutting tools. The knife hinge appears to be weak and has little play when open. The connection doesn't look loose, but its design allows for side-to-side movement, which isn't ideal. The light is functional and useful for small tasks. Update: It's TSA compliant but I just lost it at security in Vietnam. However, there are no problems with the US TSA. I just bought another one because I found it very useful when travelling. One of the handles is loose and won't hold even under gravity. It moves when using the tongs, making it impossible to close the tongs, rendering them useless.
