Menus were in Japanese or Chinese

After reading some of the reviews I was concerned that I would not get an English menu. But many said they had an English menu so I ordered two. When I saw that the artist's name was in Chinese, I got a little worried. Of course when they arrived the menu wasn't in English. I went to the Sony website, found instructions in English where it is possible to change the menu language. I managed to match the menu items on my device to the English menus in the manual and I found that the model I…

It was worth it! on digital dictation machines

I use it to record meetings. Sometimes I meet someone in my meeting who speaks so softly that I feared the mic wouldn't turn on, but IT FOUND IT! (I made sure to set the microphone sensitivity to the maximum). The sound quality is amazing. I don't know why people say playing straight from the recorder was a problem. I've been listening to several hours of recordings through the recorder's headphone jack and it's great! You can even play the recording at a slower speed if you meet someone…

So small you would be afraid of losing it. An English version is possible - if you do it right!

This is the smallest recorder I have ever seen. The quality is top notch, the crystal clear recording will not disappoint anyone. I'm a student and the professors speak at 200 miles per second, so I need to record my lectures so I can add to my notes as needed. I sit in very large classrooms that can hold about 500 students and I usually sit in the middle of the room.
