As a matter of fact. One size

They are durable, made of high quality stainless steel and are comfortable to hold. But they are actually ONE offset spatula, cut front and/or back to make three "sizes". The thickness stays the same. Simply shortening the spatula without reducing the thickness of the blade means it's shorter. fewer. flexible. This becomes apparent when trying to work a cake or planning to use these spatulas for spreading or leveling. The designer must have overlooked this part. I don't do much detail work, so…

Very versatile cooking tool

The 6 inch offset spatula is one of the most versatile tools in the kitchen. I understand these offset spatulas are typically used for icing cakes. But I like the smaller ones for everyday cooking, flipping the smaller items and pan frying. Every kitchen should have theses. I will say that I particularly like them because they have plastic handles and when sitting in a hot pan they don't transfer heat to the handle. Mine complains as they are big sharp. It appears they must have been stamped…

I was looking for an angle spatula for icing cakes and use in baking pans, I ordered them because they are good for different culinary uses. They weren't weird at all. Holding them, even practicing in a cupcake pan, my fingers were completely in what I…

Great price and great quality!

I took these as a last resort as I needed to bake a cake for my daughter's 5th birthday and found I couldn't find my misaligned spatula and I wasn't planning on covering my cake in fondant to to hide him icing restrictions. I use offset spatulas for a number of baking tasks, but one of my top tips is to use them for a smooth frosting. After applying the sprinkles and icing, smooth the icing as best as you can with a curved spatula or icing smoother. Then refrigerate the cake. Once the frosting…
