first screenprint, wide range of colors

I wanted to get into screen printing with my vinyl cutter so I bought this ink set. This is a good choice and the colors go well together. Unfortunately, the black box was opened during shipping, so the packaging was a real mess. Silver also leaked a bit. I also thought the black was black but it appears to be more of a dark charcoal grey, which may be due to it being a pearlescent ink but I'm not sure. Overall I'm very happy with it and have made several shirts.

Pros
  • SAFE FOR STUDIO OR CLASS - all colors are AP sealed; easy cleaning with soap and water
Cons
  • Some little things

Broken raspberry container

I bought this to screen print on dark fabrics. We used to buy and use 8 ounce jars with no problem. Thought I'd buy a starter kit to try raspberry, blue topaz, black pearl, and yellow. The crimson lid was open, and paint was leaking down the sides. The package was sealed and none of the others so I have no idea how it happened but I'm not happy because it's lying around all over the place and I'm missing half my crimson color now! I wanted to give a good review but I'm just not happy with it,

Pros
  • PERMANENT RESULTS WHEN PRINTING ON FABRIC - The ink produces a super soft texture on fabric and will hold up even after proper heatset/curing
Cons
  • No productivity

This ink set was Great. Has a glitter or shine, "shiny": as opposed to the matte color from the original or regular set. Really different. Everyone liked it. Every year I do a screen print for my camp and the kids and staff give t-shirts, sweatshirts, t-shirts, pillowcases and so on and then I color them for them. Considering you can use any colors I think

Pros
  • USE ON LIGHT OR DARK FABRICS - provide excellent coverage without affecting workability making them ideal for use on light or dark fabrics
Cons
  • I will add later
