Has been working for a couple of years

I had two of these. They do a pretty good job of luring bugs to the edge of our backyard and then electrocuting them. I ride it all year round and it breaks down after about two years, probably because of the bad weather, although California is pretty mild. Make sure it's on the edge of your yard to keep the bugs out of your path. It must be visible to put them on. I have it hanging on the side of the fence at about eye level.

Worked for 30 days, no sensor escapes it

Purchased 18th June 2018, plugged in and the light came on. I didn't hear a single dying bug on the grille. I won't go any further because the lights went out on July 20th, pretty much the same day the return window closed. The zapper has no controls that I could find. It is either connected and powered on or disconnected and powered off. Of course, the wall switch still turns it on and off as long as you remember to do it every day and night. This is a replacement for a device that I have used on my fish pond for several years to control mosquitoes. I switched to pills for this as I found too many beneficial insects to kill externally. And mosquitoes aren't attracted to ultraviolet anyway.
