Having been in service for less than 2 months and shortly after the return window in Revain closed, this player no longer recognized that it had a CD in it -Hard disk. called and the young lady kindly advised to try wiping the lens with alcohol and if that doesn't help, take it in for repair and possibly replacement. Well I was shocked to learn that the return would be over $100 with UPS being the cheapest and USPS under $200. Now get stuck with a very expensive radio while it still works!

I purchased this item in December 2018. I recently tried using it to play CDs but it doesn't work. I purchased an extended warranty for this item and after contacting the warranty company (Square Trade) found that the manufacturer's warranty is still valid. I called 3 times and no one answered the call. and there is no option to leave messages, which is frustrating. I emailed and the company responded by offering to exchange the faulty unit for a new one. To be honest part of my frustration was

I liked this boombox; I really did. The description of its features seemed to match exactly what I was looking for and far beyond. However, I was very disappointed with the sound quality. I tried it for a week and adjusted every tone-related control, but nothing seemed to improve. It sounded a little better on radio stations, but worse on CDs. As I bought it to play my CDs without using my own CD player with headphones I couldn't justify keeping it so dissatisfied, especially given the price…
