I purchased this item in December 2018. I recently tried using it to play CDs but it doesn't work. I purchased an extended warranty for this item and after contacting the warranty company (Square Trade) found that the manufacturer's warranty is still valid. I called 3 times and no one answered the call. and there is no option to leave messages, which is frustrating. I emailed and the company responded by offering to exchange the faulty unit for a new one. To be honest part of my frustration was my own fault as somehow I missed the first email they sent and it was a series of emails back and forth before I found out. To the company's credit, they responded appropriately to my initial email.
