Both boxes had to be repaired before we could install them.

We bought 2 of these. In both cases, the lid did not lift due to the displacement of the hinge pins. We had to redo them, straighten the metal corners that were bent because of bad pins, and on one of them we cleaned a hole where the pin was screwed. In addition, the corners and edges were very sharp, it is very easy to cut your hand or fingers during installation. To be fair, we reported the broken hinges to Revain and agreed to have them repaired in our shop for a reasonable discount. We…

Check your AWG feed.

I bought two of these, one for the dock and one for the workshop. They are excellent as additional panels. 4 empty breaker slots plus three built in plugs make this a very good all in one. I had to deduct a star for two design flaws. 1 medium 30 amp plug sits just above the bottom punch and will block any pipe that goes in more than an inch, not great but good to know. The second was very disappointing. The ground bar could not accommodate 4 AWG. There was a slot on the network that could…

Top feed REQUIRES an additional part!

This is a very good head unit for your RV or perhaps an outdoor welding socket. I used it to turn off the electricity in a newly built carport (caravan shed) to plug my caravan into. I had all the pipes and overhead wires routed and just had to set the box up and let the pipe in, but unfortunately the top feed was a blind hole with a lid. You need to buy an adapter, there is a sticker with part numbers in this box. It would be nice to know this in advance. The adapter converts a blind hole into

Best deal out there

This box is the best deal for the money. The only thing I would change about the box, which I did, is that the neutral and ground straps are very small. I went to one of the big stores nearby, bought new neutral and ground bars and installed both. I found that I had to trim the length of the neutral bar to fit the slot it fits, but when I did it fit perfectly. One of the main reasons I really like this box is that it leaves some extra open slots on the left side of the hoops to add extra…
