I bought this because I sleep on my side and need a perforated pillow to sleep on, although it's better than sleeping on my arm it's not great. It's full of beads or these little balls so it's very durable and it would be ok if I couldn't feel the beads. So it's basically like sleeping on a solid pearl stone. I have never had these things but wanted to order them because I was having trouble healing my ear hole and thought I could use it at night to have a hole in my ear inside to avoid irritation.
