One of my tail lights on my 2000 GC was not working. I removed the taillight (it's SUPER easy, just need a screwdriver) and noticed the light and pot were bad. I unscrewed two screws from the old lamp and removed it from the Jeep Grand Cherokee body. Wiring harness found. Then move the small red plastic piece to the left about 1/8 inch.
