Great direct replacement for the 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo.

One of my tail lights on my 2000 GC was not working. I removed the taillight (it's SUPER easy, just need a screwdriver) and noticed the light and pot were bad. Did the plastic in the tail light base really melt somehow? Could it be a short circuit or something? I do not know. I replaced the pot and bulb, but I still couldn't connect to the outlet. Unfortunately, the only option was to replace the rear light. But it was cheap and solved my problem. This new one looked a little better, but no one

  • Confidence inspiring

Perfect replacement

As mentioned earlier sockets and bulbs were included so the job took about 5 minutes or less and nothing but a screwdriver. My old taillight failed the logic board so I only needed the passenger side and was concerned it would not match the original 10 year old driver's side but I can't tell the difference in color or style as well as the weight and the feel of it is exactly that same as the old one. Great item, good price and much more value than some of the other listings which sometimes…

Perfect fit - VERY easy to install - 5 minutes max!

Arrived very well packaged. Removed one of the gray round covers and turned on the lightbulbs! Very easy to install. I unscrewed two screws from the old lamp and removed it from the Jeep Grand Cherokee body. Wiring harness found. Then move the small red plastic piece to the left about 1/8 inch. Then I pressed on the plastic and disconnected the wiring from the old lamp. Insert the new bulb and move the red plastic piece to the right 1/8 inch to attach it to the new bulb body. Then I lined up…

Perfect OEM package!

I bought a pair of TYC taillights because my wife backed my Grand Cherokee into a pole and smashed one side. I bought two taillights to make sure the color and gloss matched on both sides of the car. The setting is PERFECT. They're not quite the same as OEM taillights, but unless you're an auto expert, you can't tell. The shape and mounting holes are as perfect as if they were cast from original Chrysler tools. These taillight housings also contain all necessary bulbs, lamp holders and internal

  • Great for a small home

No more tail light assembly dealers

The dealer wanted almost $200 for it and couldn't tell me if it came with the circuit board and bulbs. They should send parts dealer employees to school to learn how to be rude because the two dealers I called were both good at it. And of course they don't have it in stock but they can order it for you when you get there and pay first. It came in two days with first class shipping and it was quite a deal. Attached to it was a circuit board and all three sockets and lightbulbs. I just plugged it

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • No performance

WARNING - COLOR MAY NOT MATCH YOUR TAILLIGHTS

Required on passenger side only. They didn't match the color of my original taillight assembly so I ended up ordering the other side as well. My original taillights were more of a red/orange color at the top and bottom of the taillight assembly. They are red. At this price and this product quality I will live with it. In fact, I prefer her look to the original. This is a complete set of taillights. Sockets and lightbulbs included. They're good to go out of the box. Installation is as simple as…

Perfect replacement OEM

Crashed into a telephone pole on Saturday destroying the right tail light assembly. Part prices at local auto parts stores were evaluated and it was found that replacement parts prices varied, but went up to $170! Looked on Ebay and checked out the Revain website on a whim. Found this replacement for $40 and although I was skeptical I ordered it through Prime Shipping and received it Monday afternoon. The build came with all taillight bulbs already installed in the block! The auto parts…

Excellent but there is a small problem

Ordered on Sunday and arrived Tuesday afternoon with free shipping (5-8 days). It fits well and is well packaged. The odd thing was that there was no invoice or installation instructions in the package (although I didn't need them). Came with built-in bulbs. A few tips for installation. You will need to slide the red tab with a small flat blade (screwdriver) to disconnect the connector plug from the old tail light. Insert the connector into the new tail light and push back the red sliding…

Experience is not required!

I was pulled over for missing brake lights, bulbs changed and soon the same thing happened. The bulbs were fine - the guy at the auto parts store suggested it was part of the tail light so I called the dealer and they said it could be corrosion or water ingress and I would have to bring what I was really afraid of. .now I'm a GIRL with no desire to fix my own car and no experience other than changing lightbulbs (that nice guy from the auto parts store showed me how to do it the first time), but

  • Very impressive
