Glad I ordered medium size Van Heusen joggers/pyjamas. For my waist size of 34 inches, this size fits very well. As a sleeper, the ribbed feet prevent my legs from being pulled up. I bought these Van Heusen waffle pants for lounging in autumn/winter. I went for a medium size - even though the size chart told me to go large - because such items are usually quite loose. I'm glad I did as they are quite loose, the waist is comfortable and stretchy (it can be tightened with drawstrings if needed) and the fabric is stretchy.
