I loved the concept of warm towels after the shower. It's best to get warm towels. Other reviews indicate that the towels were burned. You always have to turn on the heating. Even after an hour of warming up, the towels are slightly warm in places. It's attractive and can easily hold 3 bath towels, but if you need warm towels this isn't the answer.

This heated towel rail works well but is difficult to install. Last but not least, the dimensions given in the instructions are about 1.3 cm wrong. It's best to install the electrical box first, then attach the mounting feet and attach the heating pad to the wall, and then have someone mark the spots. Because the legs are not perpendicular to the heating pad, this is frustrating.

I was really looking forward to this in my bathroom as my previous experience with heated towel rails in hotels has been very positive. I've been trying to turn the heat on all day and although some bars get warm my towel was barely warm. I have experimented with a towel on a heater, measured the heating time and after a few days have come to the conclusion that the product is not working. We bought a $300 model so we feel extra cheated.
