Very soft blanket, not too heavy but just enough to make him feel safe. As soon as I put it on him, he smiled and reached out for a hug, so I knew it was the keeper!

Beautiful soft weighted duvet. Doesn't it help my anxiety that much. It helps me to turn around a bit. It helps my sheets stay in place. A good size blanket for one person. I bought two of these. One £5 for a child and one £20 for me. I got heavier than the recommended percentage of body weight on the chart. Blankets are well packed. A weighted blanket has square sections with tiny balls of weight that actually move within the square sections. They don't hang around all over the ceiling.
