This is a win for my 2 year old!

Very soft blanket, not too heavy but just enough to make him feel safe. As soon as I put it on him, he smiled and reached out for a hug, so I knew it was the keeper!

I think my cat likes the blanket more than I do.

Beautiful soft weighted duvet. Doesn't it help my anxiety that much. It helps me to turn around a bit. It helps my sheets stay in place. A good size blanket for one person. To me, this is a better duvet to sleep in than an 8 hour duvet. I say that because the weight moves in the ceiling. If it were leveled in the seeded areas where it doesn't move, it would be 10x better. Some parts of my body have weight, some don't. Which is more disturbing because it pisses me off why they didn't even say…

Mood improved OVER THE NIGHT

We have noticed that my 17 year old son has some sensory processing issues and on a whim I bought this blanket for him (15lb version). When it arrived it was neatly packaged and seemed HEAVY. I was concerned that I might have received a blanket that was too heavy, but I brought it to him. He pulled on a duvet and slept with it on all night when I saw him the next day. The day he was responsive and looking rested I asked him how he liked it and he beamed, he liked it. Saying he was starting to…

The ceiling broke in less than a month.

* I don't like writing really bad reviews but given the lack of customer service I should. Month. The material that makes up the weight of the blanket has come loose and shifted to one side of the blanket; glue together. When I pick it up, it falls in the direction it's at the bottom - gravity. I thought I had a lemon and that's the problem for me. I have called the company, left voicemail messages and emailed them but never received a reply. They should have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but…

I enjoy: Blankets and bedspreads

I bought two of these. One £5 for a child and one £20 for me. I got heavier than the recommended percentage of body weight on the chart. Blankets are well packed. A weighted blanket has square sections with tiny balls of weight that actually move within the square sections. They don't hang around all over the ceiling. The weight is accurately measured when folded on the scale. The weighted part is dry clean only and the cover is machine washable. The cover is not stuffed, but soft. It's like a…

  • Great for me

  • Infuriates

I've been watching the Gravity Blanket for several years and always find it overpriced. I searched thoroughly for other duvets, trying to find the balance between quality and ability to meet my needs and ended up here. I've been using this blanket for about 10 days. The quality of the blanket is ok. The mink cover is soft and appears durable. The ties on the inside of the duvet slipped off once or twice, but that's an easy fix (if a little annoying). In general, the blanket itself makes a…

To be honest

So I spent months looking for weighted blankets before I bought this one. This one was definitely at the top of my pick list. What really drew me in was that the blanket came with a cover. I argued for a long time whether the cover would really matter. It does! The cover is like a pillowcase to keep it clean and the Minky is super soft. I really like the Minky case because it's very comfortable and I love the teal color I got! I was surprised how much I liked the texture on the cover! I…
