Quality products that are easy to install and work great.

The product is well assembled with quality materials. It was easy to install and works great. The lid also stays in place and does a great job of protecting the items from the plug.

Pros
  • a beautiful thing
Cons
  • There are doubts

Worked well in outlets

Added a second AC unit to my RV and used this plug to power the AC without affecting the rest of my RV's power supply. Allows me to plug it in separately from the rest of my RV and just cool my back room. Would buy again for other projects.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Blank

So far so good electric

Pretty uncomplicated. Bought to be powered by shore power/generator on a squaredrop trailer I built. Works well, reliable, lid fits tight, seal feels secure. I reinforced the seal by covering it with sealant. It wasn't bad weather yet, but everything should be fine.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Quality

Perfect adapter to install a socket in the shed

I actually used this after hooking up the wires in the shed so I could just 'plug in' it for power. I didn't want to get a permit and run cables. But I can run an extension cord and just connect the barn to the sergeant. It works great and was very easy to install.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • No automatic

Not sure long term but seems good with one big flaw

Easy to install, very simple concept and instructions. Mine came with a non-removable white label inside when you open the lid, not that big of a problem but poor quality assurance. The main downside is the rubber cap which makes it very loose "waterproof" and sometimes I find it pops out on its own because it's too loose. Let's see how long it lasts, but there's not much hope.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Terrible design - won't stay closed / not waterproof

Bought for shore installation in a van - I had high hopes as it's easy. Overall the case is well made, solid, unfortunately the lid is cheap and flimsy - and it does NOT stay in place. It's like he's small, I can literally shake him off. There are other, much better and safer options. As someone who works with boats and RVs, I do not recommend this.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Nice entry!

Looks very high quality. Should work great for powering the inside of my utility trailer without having to constantly run an extension cord through a door to power things in my trailer! I can put some silicone around the bung to ensure the lid/hole bung stays tight and in place just for my own safety and we'll bring it with us. The seal between it and the trailer wall is soft, pliable rubber and should seal well there!

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Zero

Not as difficult to install as I thought

I originally thought this came with a female end cord already attached as shown on one of the pictures. Too bad I didn't read the description and didn't look at the other pictures. For someone with limited AC electrical skills, installation was a little intimidating. After reading the instructions and going through the whole process I would say this is very easy to install for anyone. I used mine to power the 3D printer case which I made so that 1. I could turn it off from the outside and 2…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Easy to Install, Looks Great

I installed it on the bumper of my van and use it to connect multiple outlets inside the van for 'shore power'. I used a 1.5" hole saw, although it was slightly larger than other 1.5" hole saws I've found. I also used a 1.5" threaded lock nut (you can find these in the electrical section of any hardware store). Front. The device now installed feels solid against the bumper and appears to be fully waterproof. An extension cord plugged in and the sockets inside are supplied with perfect power.

Pros
  • One Year Trial
