This is a great alternative to the Harley tax you pay in store.

This is a great alternative to the Harley tax you pay at the dealer! Almost fooled the service manager when he had to look at it a bit and I pointed out the difference. Recommend this flashlight to OEM or Daymaker HD brands. Very good packaging, took less than 2 bottles of beer to install and everything worked great. Very bright flashlight!

Fog after driving in 60 degree weather.

I will edit my original review because the seller contacted me. It's an LED bulb so it doesn't give off much heat, but every time I turn my bike off in the fall it fogs up all over and stays that way until it's evaporated. Since the purchase I have bought a real Daymaker from Harley. He has no problem with sweating at all. I mounted it on my project bike and even on the seller's recommendation it still fogs up. Compared to an expensive one, my Harley is completely sealed. I ride even in theโ€ฆ

The first impression is overwhelming! Doesn't look like I'll ever buy a Daymaker!

Only 4 stars because I just received and installed it. Will come back after some time. But honestly, I'm still shocked. I and other HD colleagues today were blown away by the quality compared to its $399.95 Daymaker cousin. At this point I have to say that I would LOVE to buy 8 of these Wisamics before I buy the Daymaker. Judging by the pictures the biggest difference seems to be the least amount of lighting in the bottom center and as far as I know this is for HDI (Harley-Davidsonโ€ฆ

Great economical upgrade

Let's start with the bike I installed it on. I have a 2009 Sportster XL1200C with a windshield. REMOVAL: It was easy and quick. I had to remove the windshield, but mine only had two screws. The headlight had a single screw and the connector was a three pin connector. It has two locking pins to prevent accidental disconnection (I figured it out after a few minutes). INSTALLATION: It was just as easy. I added a standard spacer ring, plugged it in and closed it. After the first ride I heard aโ€ฆ
