The unit was replaced; very pleased (happy)We just took our tent out of the box & two (2) of the legs are bent. The money that I paid for this was a waste now my window to return is closed.This company should inspect the legs, metal is real cheap. Please don’t waste your money buying from the company unless they use better metal.

This was list "like new", some box damage. The small damage to the box did not cause the sun fad, broken frame, the use rips in the canopy, missing 4 window panels, or old & different ground stakes that replaced what was on the packing list.I needed this for Market in 2 days. I can't get a replacement here in time, costing me an income.Not "OK"

So this was nice to have but I bought it for the rain and when the rain came with a little bit of rain it got destroyed. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying this in the first place.

Item came fine, opened and installed, head liner was worn down with holes on top of every single pole. Pieces of broken plastic were in the bag.

This is heavier than I expected. It's easy to set up with two people. It takes time, but it's easy to understand. The whole thing arrives in a zip up bag and everything you need is in there. It looks nice. It took my wife and I 45minutes to get it up and covered all the way around and even easier to take down. It worked out as planned providing plenty of shade. Have not used it in the rain or on a windy day so can’t comment on that. If not abused I think it will do good for a long time.

The tent was perfect for the cost as long as you install it correctly and don't use it if it's raining or windy. With 4 people it installs in minutes but with 2 you may run into challenges. Taking it down only requires 2 people. With these tents you should never leave up overnight or in the rain which explains many of the negative reviews. We got alot of compliments on the tent!

I love how it looked, really easy to assemble.Update: I saved the paper that came with it, I didn’t know I could ask for a refund or a replacement. 5 days after we use it just went down and i was really sad because we loved it. It didn’t stay for too long with us.

Wanted to like this tent. Turns out it’s cheap. Not sturdy, thin plastic tarp cover. Returning. If you want something good quality I do not recommend this tent

I purchased this canopy after searching for several others. This one was half the price of the more expensive options, but it also wasn't the bare bottom priced one either.First things first: my canopy material tore when raising it up. I followed the instructions exactly, and even had 4 people helping spread it out. The problem is, the material needs to be centered over the corners perfectly, or it's going to tear if it's not positioned right. BE VERY CAREFUL when raising it up. We ended up…

Corner of the canopy ripped the first and only time the tent went up. Pretty disappointed. Bought for a work picnic. Nice size, nice color, seemed to be decent value. Just very disappointed that it is already ruined after 1 use.

We loved this canopy tent. We bought two for our sons memorial/butterfly release this year, and they held up nicely. Easy to put up and take down. (You will need 4 people for this) took 20 minutes or less to get it set up. That’s putting the roof over the structure and walls up. Attached are picture of the inside and out side of the tent.

We purchased this canopy for a backyard party and wanted to have some shade in the yard. It arrived in a timely manner. This canopy is easy to set up and take down and roomy. The cover and panels are like a thin tarp material but it does keep the rain and sun at bay.

The stitching is coming apart & we just put it up for the first time. Very upset because of the money spent on it That's my feedback.

This product was exactly as described. The instructions to set this up level a bit to be desired. They are more for after you have the poles in place and the top secured. The first time we set our up a pole broke. Revain was easy to work with and sent me return paperwork with out issue.

Used two of these for Daughters shower, worked great, did not use the sides as weather was warm so can’t speak to the warmth but was very easy set up and take down. Just need to have a minimum of 4 adults, 6 is easier but can do with 4

Unfortunately the tent material Is very thin and doesn’t withstand very much. The slightest wind and the cover comes right off

Went and bought this tent in May set it up last night for function this morning but it rained last night and the canvas ripped from the straps and tore on the bar. Now I also bought the extra coverage so when I called them they said sorry not covered so this tent is less than two months old and a total loss of $230.00

Theoretically a good tent. Followed all instructions. Needed 4 people as instructed to set it up. Opened slowly as instructed and then tore at corner seams. Unfortunately return period was over by the time I used it 6 weeks after purchase. Disappointed in the cost and quality.

The product is really strong and of good quality. I was also able to set it up myself. All I wish is that it has a cover all around so I can use it during winter.

I bought two of these units. One of the poles was damaged on one of the units. On the other unit there was one pole that looked like it had been repaired. Very disheartening. Not sure I would buy again.
