This pillow is made for a much bigger person than me. The armrests are too far apart to be able to use them. It is also very bulky and inconvenient to switch to pillows to sleep on. There's a small cloth handle that doesn't seem to take much movement. The neck pillow, which is a separate piece, is held in place by a latch on each side and I expect that to fail as well. It is impossible to keep the neck pillow in one place, so it has to be adjusted with every movement.

I'm looking forward to sleep. When I go to bed I like to sit on my tablet and play games or watch Netflix. I used a regular pillow behind my back to lean on, but there was no neck support. I have a herniated disc in my neck so the lack of that support has taken a toll on my neck and shoulders. To be honest I wonder if we got the wrong pillow or a fake. I had high expectations for this pillow. But the listing was completely false advertising. The only reason I bought it was because it had the same memory foam and fiber blend as my favorite pillow. Although memory foam is mentioned, photos shown, and the description of this pillow exclaims how it can easily be adjusted for comfort, it actually has NO MEMORY FOAM AT ALL!
