Etherwall, an ethereum wallet for desktop versions, is an open source wallet, designed for those skilled operators and which are usually handled with ether and ERC 20 tokens.

 Since a complete client mode exits, a node download will be required to store all user data on the computer and the thin client simply uses a remote ethereum network to perform operations and send signed transactions.

Pros

Recognized ethereum wallet and first for the PC version
It has compatibility with the TREZOR ONE wallet.
It offers two types of client when using an ethereum server or downloading the entire node.

Cons

Great competitors in the market, including MetaMask.
It does not have mobile versions
Although it is compatible with TREZOR ONE it is not compatible with TREZOR T, in addition it will not be compatible if it has an old firmware and will not work with Etherwall
The server may slow down the computer redeeming
The wallet operation may not be suitable for inexperienced users
