Not even a customer yet and already being treated like crap by horrible customer service staff. I was having problems uploading my ID to verify my account, after about 20 attempts I kept getting an error message. I contacted chat and told them what happened and the response was "you can only upload ID through the app , I can't help you any further goodbye". When I responded that it was rude, the response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". Well yes, when someone is rude, I DO feel that way. TSee full review
