I found their user interface, user-friendly with good experience via spot & derivatives trading. Whenever I place an order on the platform, it's easily filled which could only mean one thing to me; they have good liquidity for trading although would want them to continue improving on their P2P market liquidity.

Very unstable app with slow and unresponsive customer support. I was doing futures trading with ETH and the trade just disappeared as I went to sell it as it went into profit. It's hard enough when the market works against you dips 2 cents and you get a forced close without the app glitching when your actually about to make profit. It is always hard to be successful if the competition is so much in front of you. Bitget is a great example of an exchange that has managed to be real contender in the space. They have focused mainly on derivatives where they now occupies the top spots. Moreover it is about utility. Bitget has it is own token which you can use for discounts and rewards. alongside their derivatives part of the exchange they have standard set of features such as spot and earn. They have not so many trading pairs.

In the two months of using Bitget, my experience has been very good. Bitget's interface is clean and tidy. Although it is difficult to quickly find the required page at the beginning, after getting used to it, you can quickly find the interface you want. Bitget is very friendly to newbies and often holds airdrop events so that we can get some low-cost token rewards. I started using Bitget in December 2023 while Retik finance's pre-sale was in full swing. It's an ERC20 token, so gas fees were really high on most centralized exchanges, around 7 to 20 dollars for withdrawals. Bitget was recommended to me by a friend, and there I could make transactions for less than 3$. Later on, I discovered withdrawals via Tron, where 0.8 is deducted for any withdrawal amount. But when I started using it, it gave me a lot of confidence. It's easy, secure, and they also send out the proof of reserves report for their token holders, which makes me feel secure operating on the exchange. Bitget is a solid and secure platform with a wide variety of products to satisfy traders' needs.

Their UI has improved to make navigation to any of the features easy and seamless and their P2P has been my favorite feature that I always visit due the fast completion of transactions but there is a need to onboard more merchant and reduce traffic

They have a reputation for listing quality projects early, giving you an opportunity for wealth creation. Additionally, using PoolX has been a good experience for me because I could put my BGB to good use and farm a variety of tokens for free.

I love the copy trading feature. It allows me to copy the trades of experienced traders and adjust my leverage to those trades on my terms. Secondly, the platform has great events for new listings. It allows me to partake in grabbing as much of these new listed tokens as possible. Overall, I'd say it's great so far.
