Review on Bitget by Michael Jenner

Very unstable app with slow and unresponsive customer support. I was doing futures trading with ETH and the trade just disappeared as I went to sell it as it went into profit. It's hard enough when the market works against you dips 2 cents and you get a forced close without the app glitching when your actually about to make profit.



To make matters worse customer support clearly don't know their own product or how to access user logs. At one stage I was told I should take a screen shot of me trying to close the trade, a week after the initial glitch. Who screen records their trading, but to prove it to them I'd actually have to have been videoing myself as screen recording doesn't show my fingers. On top of this the screen shot I did send them showed that clearly the trade had gone.



There are other issues around trying to download transaction history etc, that is if you can even find it. Basically the app is rubbish.
