Not even a customer yet and already being treated like crap by horrible customer service staff. I was having problems uploading my ID to verify my account, after about 20 attempts I kept getting an error message. I contacted chat and told them what happened and the response was "you can only upload ID through the app , I can't help you any further goodbye". When I responded that it was rude, the response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". Well yes, when someone is rude, I DO feel that way. The website has instructions on how to verify and has a form to complete with personal information and places to upload all docs. It even has instructions on the size needed and types of files they can upload. If they only support verification on the APP, then why have this full feature on the website for verifying an account? I think he was lying to me because he didn't want to be bothered. I must have been interrupting his game of Candy Crush.
