Great experience dealing directly over chat & phone

The ease of getting started using this software is one thing I love about it! It has taken me almost 2 weeks to get used to some things so that my team can use them effectively but overall it's been great working with Amis team through all stages from set up until implementation (they even helped with post-implementation training). Nothing as such just be ready for longer than anticipated rollout/training periods before people fully understand how exactly they work within the platform. We are…

Very pro-active and excellent Customer Service

I like that they are very proactive with their support team! They make sure everything is taken care of quickly when it comes up so there's no need stress or worry about something going wrong while we're out at events/in meetings etc We've been able use them all over Europe (and beyond) from London HQ through Paris office as well - great service across multiple offices!! Nothing really but would be nice if maybe some more staff were available during peak hours? It can get quite busy sometimes…

  • Great response times, quick turnaround for issues & problems encountered in general..great people who do take good pride into providing excellent client experience overall

I like that they are very responsive when it comes to solving any issues or questions we may need help with throughout out day-to-day activities as well as during special events such as conferences and tradeshows! They also make sure all of their clients/customers know about what is going on within the team through regular communication which helps create an amazing customer service culture across the organization. Nothing really at this time but would love if there was more consistency…

  • :) Also extremely good quality speakers used by those who do business over video calling platforms too i'm not just talking Skype here either!!
