For an exchange to be regulated, it is a very good and gives more attraction to people for successful trading activities to be done, because regulated Exchanges are either backed up with laws and regulations for the avoidance of any illegal act. Nix_e was established from Russia as an unregulated Exchange. The accessibility of this exchange is not possible any longer. I will rather regard this exchange as a dead exchange, and I doubt if it will come to existence. Imagine this exchange have only 4 subscribers on it telegram group and has been last active since 2019 of August. This has clearly illustrate it dead nature. It is so bad to have an exchange with only 4 subscribers on telegram this even indicate that this Exchange is not popular
