🔩 Set of 20 Black Open End Lug Nuts 14x1.5 with Ball Seat - Ideal Replacement for Porsche Wheels Review

I ordered these because I didn't want my aluminum lug nuts to strip, snap, electro-weld, or otherwise fail on my recently rebuilt 944. The added benefit of the open end is that you can easily see all the tabs are tight at a glance. For this reason, open steel eyelets are required by most racing organizations, including Spec944. Excellent purchase.

I installed a stud kit on my 2014 C63 AMG 507 Edition and needed new nuts for the black wheels. They seem to work well and I've removed and reinstalled them many times with a 1/2" percussion gun and had no problems peeling the black trim off. I have some rust on the stilettos but I'll save that for another review :) I would recommend buying these if they suit your needs.

Matches my wheels and looks good with my black studs and matte black/dark bronze wheels. Works for OE Audi and apparently MB Wheels. My wheels are Rotiform SPF which have a ball seat. But this PSA is very important: the ONLY ball bearing Rotiforms are the ones that have a bolt pattern for cars with the original ball seat. For example, my Audi had original ball-bearing wheels.
