Pretty good for 2020. Vita Grips

The value and functionality of this grip I think depends on what you're looking for. The grip is quite comfortable and also holds the Vita quite firmly. My only downside is that there is a bit of a plastic squeaky noise as others have mentioned, but it's actually not that bad. The rocker keys work well for the touchpoints in the top corners of the screen, but it's a bit difficult to get used to since those top two corners of your screen are always hidden. Remote play is great and I found it…

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires Socket

For better or for worse Vita's best grip

Basically I got this grip as a cheaper alternative to the Hori Grip and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was better in some ways. Most importantly, in 2021 having front and rear triggers for remote play is incredibly important. PS4 games don't allow you to manually assign controls, and it's pretty bullshit whether a game chooses to use rear or front touch controls for the L2. /P2. The front triggers on this grip mean it ultimately offers a much wider range of remote play compatibility…

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Expensive

Great for remote play

Essential for remote play. Good value for money but not very comfortable for long hours. If you have money to spare I recommend a hori grip instead, but if you can't afford a $200 hori grip then buy this grip (which costs around $37-49). This grip has no r3r3 compared to Hori, but not all games need to use r3r3 all the time. When I got the Jec grip I thought the material looked cheap but it does the job well for the price. Pros: Ideal for remote control. Playvita stays in grip (not very tight…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
