Makes tracking employees straightforward

I like that this is very easy to use. It's intuitive, and when you first start using it you're able to get straight into making changes. You don't have to learn anything new to make changes. There are lots of different options that can be used within the system - from minor changes all the way up to major overhauls. The interface isn't fully responsive, but there are ways to make it so. Decision Cloud is simply amazing and their team just outstanding

The tool has helped us reduce our order entry time by 50%. This reduced lead times have enabled increased customer satisfaction which was not possible before using this product!The pricing structure of CCM makes it difficult to maintain budgets when there are such large fluctuations across different products/categories as we need them too often (weekly). We were looking at ways that could improve upon existing solutions but did come up empty handed until I came into contact with decision cloud

Very happy overall experience for Decision Cloud and great response times by Customer Support!!

The customer support team are extremely responsive to our questions or issues that arise during implementation of decision cloud into my organisation's system! Some features can be more intuitively implemented but this isn't really something we have had any problems with as yet - although it would definitely help if there were some videos/tutorials available online which could walk you through how things work rather than just reading documentation (which sometimes fails).
