This reduced lead times have enabled increased customer satisfaction which was not possible before using this product!The pricing structure of CCM makes it difficult to maintain budgets when there are such large fluctuations across different products/categories as we need them too often (weekly). We were looking at ways that could improve upon existing solutions but did come up empty handed until I came into contact with decision cloud who listened carefully then provided me what i needed exactly how they had explained previously - really great service from start till finish- highly recommended!!
