Great for SLP Good for role playing Bones

This is a great resource for color identification, clothing items, activities, and answers to speech therapy questions. I played at home with my kids aged 3 and 5 and they loved it!

Four year olds love panties.

This game has many great things: 1) games last less than ten minutes - perfect for kids aged 3 to 62) cute and smart illustrations - athletes, astronauts, rock stars 3) it works on skills color definitions 4) everyone can win, no matter who plays 5) the box is small and easy to carry 6) there are variations with the same contents of the box 7) who doesn't like that sometimes a raccoon suddenly lands in shorts?

Nice game but maybe better for 4+

Our 3 year old daughter seems to be too young to fully concentrate on the game - she gets dice and what they happen but doesn't. They don't feel like sticking to the 5-card rule to see who wins. She loses focus after a turn or two. I think when she turns 4 maybe she will be more attractive. And when we played this game with an almost 6 year old girl, the 6 year old girl really liked it. The game is still fun for my daughter who makes her own rules, but maybe it's better for kids 4+.

Practice colors, numbers and overcome frustration

I have adopted children aged 3 and 5. They love it! They were so excited to play and learned quickly. After three times they were able to play alone which is a big bonus for me! Two ways, one easy, the other more difficult. You play with two dice and, depending on the result, you can choose one or two cards of the desired color from above or below, or you lose all cards and start the game again. A great way to practice dealing with frustration and good sportsmanship. You must get five cards to…

but at the same time it is quite easy to deal with

I bought it for my nephew for his 3rd birthday. I've been trying to find something other than overly stimulating toys that's still easy enough for him. I was sure he wouldn't care when I saw all the other toys he was given. (They were pretty cool and I kind of wanted to play with them). After I left, his mother sent me a photo of him sitting on the kitchen floor playing with pieces of it while he dressed the raccoons his own way. I don't know if he's ready for the official rules yet, but I'm…

Great company for RPG Dice

I have to say I'm so upset right now. I bought it when it was just over 6 but when I opened the box the bones were missing. I'm a speech therapist so I used to play this game at the clinic I worked at. Kids LOVE IT. I was very disappointed, as were the other three children who wanted to play. I love this company. There are great games! I've never missed a piece. 3 stars for the missing part 5 stars if I had the whole game. UPDATE: I wanted to say that I contacted the company and they sent me a…

So much fun! Lots of ways to play!

Kids love this game! It's more tactile and interactive (with a sculpted raccoon and card overlays) than other card games for young children. Perfect for 3-6 year olds when the game is played according to the instructions. Our 2 year old loves to just put on the "outfits" and take them off the raccoons. We have come up with many different games to play with these cards, such as: choose an outfit, wear a raccoon card and tell a story about what this raccoon is doing in this outfit, roll a colored

Pros

Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Too easy and too short with the rules

The pieces for this game are well made, sturdy, cute and perfect for preschoolers. My problem with this game was that it was too easy as the instructions (especially for 2 players) were written so only lasted a minute or two and didn't have enough entertainment value. The first 3 times we played my youngest daughter went first, nobody had underwear, she had pants and a top twice, so she won by 3 tosses and it was game over. Now we played more and made our own rules. Limiting the outfits…

family favourite! for games and accessories

The game time of this game is perfect. It doesn't end so quickly that it's uninteresting, but it doesn't drag on forever either. The busy parents have time to play with their kids, but it's not long enough that you have to stop mid-game to make sure the kids are fed, washed and put to bed at an appropriate time. I have no complaints about the quality. The packaging is sturdy and ideal for storage between games (easy to clean) and the pieces are well designed so they don't get dirty too easily…
