The CD player has never worked since we've been using it. It was in my grandson's room so I completely forgot about it. When you plug it in and put in a CD it just says no…….nothing else. I've tried other CDs and checked both ends of the connector but nothing worked. I'm sorry it happened so long after my purchase but like I said I forgot until he brought it to my attention today. I tried again to get it working with no success.

Portable player worked 6 months and stopped. I have had a NAXA portable CD player for many years and it still works well. I thought this NAXA MP3/CD player would be a good investment as I expected the same quality. No rhyme or reason why it stopped working. I saw another review that said the same thing about this product. I was skeptical about buying this unit but thought as my other NAXA CD player lasted so long I would try an MP3/CD player. It didn't cost any money.

Bought for my cousin with special needs for her room. The first came and when we opened it the CD/CD player electronics were completely broken and fell into the radio. We replaced it and the second one that came with the antenna broke off and was just sitting on top of the radio in the box. The radio was not packaged in a plastic bag like the previous one, so it looks like it was a return that was re-shipped. There was still sharp-edged metal around the antenna hole.
