Works well at 90psi. inches

Everything went easy when I cranked my compressor up to 90psi. I used a Kellsport Fluid Film & Woolwax Undercoating spray gun with extension to apply. Oh yes, when I put it on, the outside temperature was about 70 degrees. I'll update over the summer to say how well it's holding up after the winter salt. Update, it's been about 7 months. It's been a very salty winter in my area. I crawled under a car and SUV that I had sprayed with this product and both showed no signs of new rust. I can say…

Pros
  • FLUID FILM WON'T BURN GREENS WHEN USED IN TRIMMERS
Cons
  • So far so good

Very good product to neutralize and prevent rust. If you are thinking of using a trigger spray as a spray method, the high viscosity will prevent it from working properly. You can try canisters that can be filled with air, many models are available in the market. I designed this regular spray bottle so I can get into those hard to reach places. I'm thinking of selling them on Revain or eBay. Let me know if you'd like me to build one for you ($10).

Pros
  • DOES NOT FREEZE, MATCHES BATTERY CLAMPS, RELEASES RUSTY PARTS
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great as a rust preventative for car primer

I used this product to coat the undercarriage of a Toyota 4Runner to prevent rusting. It's very handy to use a primer spray gun (widely available from Revain). I used 3/4 gallon to cover the frame. It would probably take a full gallon to cover the frame and lower body. The material is thick, but still pours easily into the spray tank. I haven't had any problems with constipation. I used to use Fluid Film aerosol cans. Using a gallon can with an air compressor and a sprayer is easier and more…

Pros
  • CONDITIONS Leather, vinyl and wood
Cons
  • Some minor things
