A little disappointed.

I liked my previous HTC phones, this is my third. I'm disappointed this time. Call quality isn't as good as previous phones. The people I call complain that it's an echo.

HTC u20 Experience - Cell Phones

Looks amazing but won't touch it until I have the case and screen protector. Also, it would be nice to have an instruction manual, so I just downloaded it. I'll tell you how that works later.

The phone is terrible!

Some functions didn't work properly. When calling, the sound only came through the speaker. The person on the line couldn't hear me at all, and when someone called me, the call hung up a few seconds after it was answered.

Terrible phone

Terrible product. I don't think I got a lemon either. Read other comments on how not to make a silent call as if you have a person on the other end of the line using the speakerphone. Big problems come and go. Save money and look for a better phone. I was very fond of HTC phones and only owned HTC for about 7 years. This experience completely changed my opinion of HTC phones. Never again.

Very happy. - Cell phones

I've been a HTC fan for a long time. However, the last phones they released weren't very good and they seem to have almost completely shut down the US market. So I waited for something new and different to catch my attention. This is the phone that won and so far so good. Battery life is great, screen is crisp and clear, factory is good, phone looks well built. It has a lot of storage compared to previous phones. It's a 5G phone at half the price!

Good phone love it best of all cell phones

love my new phone love the good quality with the camera, took a picture of my sister and this captured the snow that is on most of her cameras falls on most phones. I didn't do that, I love that it has 5 cameras, 4 in the back and 1 in the front, I'm an HTC fan, an HTC fan since 2011 or 2012, I also like the way I mine Charge the phone in the morning and the battery lasts all day and I love how fast it loads my apps and websites and I love how fast it sends messages and posts on social media. I
