Better Than Canned Peaches

These things are great. I don't know how important the brand is, but you can't beat the functionality. If you can't tell from the pictures, the larger end snaps around a wire while the thinner end is a "socket" for standard spade shaped connectors. This allows you to attach these little pins to the wire and add another wire later. It also allows you to connect and disconnect cables when you want to test or debug the system. Liked - exactly what they describe, very useful and time saver. I used them to install a remote start transponder walker and while you don't have to mess with all the cables you can pre-connect them before you even get under the wheel. The material is very thin, I was worried it would be cheap plastic, but it's professional grade plastic. Clamps don't always make the best connection for a data cable, so you can't use them as they require full contact with the cable. They are also very bulky, if

3M Made in USA

Although these T-Taps are listed on the Revain page as being made in China, my packaging said they were made in the USA by 3M. They worked fine, no problems crimping thin wires. Insert the wire into the slot, bend the cover and pinch it with pliers. Did.
