Good knife, great steel. Factory sharpening requires manual fine-tuning because. quite roughly worked and grooves of a coarse-grained stone are visible on the blade with the naked eye.

Like it, not bad. My only two issues with it have to do with my hand size. The handle is quite small if you have big hands and in some situations I find myself tapping the cutting board with my knuckles. But a good knife at a good price.

I didn't know how bad my knives were until I got this knife! I HATE a dull kitchen knife that defeats the purpose of the knife. With this knife I got very thin slices instead of thick plates! I wish I had invested in this knife years ago! Stay away from this knife!

Excellent, very high quality, excellent in our humble opinion. When used properly with a natural cutting board, this knife will remain razor sharp even after many months. It's hard to imagine what could be better, although a smaller version with a mount would be very helpful. Very satisfied in all respects.

Sure it's a cheap knife, but it's really useless without ridges preventing food from sticking to it from the vacuum. I just wanted a second cheap knife but only had to spend another $20 to get a better grooved knife. The handle is a bit awkward for my cutting style, but I'm used to my Wüsthof Santoku knife. I would advise you to save money and buy a better knife.

update: in less than two years the blade has lost the ability to grip or hold the blade. At first we loved it, but time was no friend of this blade. A very gentle hand will extract a modest benefit that lasts only a few minutes. Kai's "deal" turns out to be overpriced and ready to be thrown away.
